• Discontinue the use of any Vitamin A/Retinol products two weeks prior.
• Avoid tanning or using sunbeds two weeks prior so we can assess your natural skin tone.
•  Avoid face scrubs or chemical peels two weeks prior.
• Avoid Botox or filler treatments two weeks prior.
• Avoid AHA treatments two weeks prior.
• Avoid picking, tweezing, waxing or performing electrolysis one week prior.
• Avoid taking Fish Oil or Vitamin E one week prior as these are natural blood thinners.
• Avoid alcohol and aspirin/ibuprofen and any vitamins that may thin your blood three days prior.

Recommended Aftercare Tips to achieve the best results possible:

• For the first 72 hours following your treatment only clean your face with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. Gently dry your skin with a clean towel and do not use any powered cleansing brushes for at least a week after your treatment.
• Make sure to apply a light layer of serum (containing hyaluronic acid) morning and night to treated area for at least 1-3 days as this further promote cellular turnover and combats/prevents UV damage.
• Make sure to apply sunblock SPF 30 following the treatment.
• Do not put makeup on the treated area for a minimum of 1-3 days so you can allow your skin to breathe and recover.
• Avoid direct sunlight, sweating, swimming, tanning, sunbeds or going into saunas for at least 1-3 days.
• Avoid botox, fillers, face scrubs, retinol, active ingredient creams or chemical peels for at least 1 week.
